Lynbrook had lost four games at home, but after bumping their record up to 4-14 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the MacDonald Condor 21-19. Considering the Vikings' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Lynbrook let Audrey Lee and Sarah Martin run wild. Lee went 4-for-5 with six runs, three stolen bases, and two RBI, while Martin went 4-for-6 with six RBI, two stolen bases, and two runs. That's the most hits Lee has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Maansi Kaligotla, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
