Softball Recap: Lake Country Lutheran Lightning vs. Brookfield Academy Blue Knights

Lake Country Lutheran couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell victim to a tough 8-2 defeat at the hands of the Brookfield Academy Blue Knights on Monday. Lake Country Lutheran was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Brookfield Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2022.
