Soccer Recap: Righetti Finishes Even with Paso Robles

Righetti saw some tournament action on Saturday. Neither they nor the Paso Robles Bearcats could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Evelyn Zarate was the only thing that stood between Righetti and a shutout considering she scored both of Righetti's goals, bringing her season total up to seven goals.

With that draw, Righetti's record moves to 4-3-5. As for Paso Robles, they moved theirs to 5-2-2.

Righetti wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Kerman on the 21st. As for Paso Robles, they won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on St. Joseph at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
