Volleyball Game Preview: Warsaw Tigers vs. Leo Lions

The Warsaw Tigers will challenge the Leo Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Warsaw comes in on three and Leo on eight.

Warsaw proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Westville 3-2.

Warsaw took Westville into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-19, 25-21, 23-25, 15-13.

Meanwhile, Leo had just enough and edged out Woodlan 3-2 on Monday.

Leo wouldn't go down easily and took Woodlan into a fifth set where they got it done with a nine-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-21, 23-25, 19-25, 15-6.

Warsaw's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Leo, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3.
