Volleyball Game Preview: Reese Rockets vs. Unionville-Sebewaing Patriots + How To Watch

The Reese Rockets are taking a road trip to square off against the Unionville-Sebewaing Patriots at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Unionville-Sebewaing took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Reese, who comes in off a win.

Reese is headed into the match having just posted their closest win since August 20th on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Laker 3-2. Surprisingly, this marked the Rockets' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Reese who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-18, 24-26, 25-17, 23-25, 16-14.

Meanwhile, Unionville-Sebewaing lost 3-0 to Cass City on Thursday.

While Unionville-Sebewaing ultimately came up short, they really made Cass City work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-17, 26-24.

Reese is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11-2 record this season. As for Unionville-Sebewaing, they now have a losing record of 13-14-4.

Reese couldn't quite get it done against Unionville-Sebewaing when the teams last played on Saturday as they fell 2-0. Can the Rockets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
