Basketball Recap: Cameron Graham Key Part of a Team Effort in Wolves Win

Timber Creek won the last time they faced Horizon and things went their way on Thursday too. The Timber Creek Wolves took down the Horizon Hawks 53-37. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 217th, while the Hawks are ranked 598th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Timber Creek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cameron Graham, who posted nine points. Graham is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Badr Kazma was another key player, going 5 for 7 on his way to 10 points and six rebounds.

Timber Creek is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points per game. As for Horizon, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

As for Horizon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-38 loss against Lake Brantley on the 3rd.
