Whitesboro came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They had just enough and edged out the New Hartford Spartans 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since May 23, 2024.

Whitesboro's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for New Hartford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-5.
