Baseball Recap: Great Valley Wins Going Away Against Interboro

Great Valley won the last time they faced Interboro and things went their way on Monday too. The Great Valley Patriots were the clear victor by an 18-3 margin over the Interboro Buccaneers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

Phil Dupont looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits.

At the plate, Brady Hounsell was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs. Cole Callahan was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while going 3-for-3.

Great Valley always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .735. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Interboro only posted an OBP of .300.

Great Valley's record now sits at 2-0. As for Interboro, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
