Baseball Game Preview: Framingham Flyers vs. Braintree Wamps

Framingham is 2-8 against Braintree since May of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Flyers will be playing at home against the Wamps at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Framingham came up short against Wayland and fell 5-1.

Meanwhile, Braintree faced Duxbury in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Wamps fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 4-3. The Wamps' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Braintree's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Framingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
