Volleyball Recap: Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] Takes a Loss

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockridge Rockets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Among those leading the charge was Ciara Watson, who had 12 digs and one assist.

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge]'s loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Rockridge, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Alleman on the 2nd. As for Rockridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Monmouth United on the 30th.
