Softball Recap: Union Find Success

Union barely beat Kent Place the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Farmers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Dragons a 10-0 shutout on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Farmers in their matchups with the Dragons: they've now won three in a row.

Union now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Kent Place, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Union will venture away from home to challenge Linden at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kent Place, they will head out to face off against West Morris Mendham at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
