Baseball Recap: Lincoln Park Academy Takes a Loss

Lincoln Park Academy fell victim to Martin County and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 10-0. The Greyhounds' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Lincoln Park Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Martin County, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

Coming up, Lincoln Park Academy will square off against Glades Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Greyhounds' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Raiders have averaged an impressive 7.7 runs per game this season. Martin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
