While Warden put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Tri-Cities Prep. The Cougars put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 15-0 victory. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Warden's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-9. As for Tri-Cities Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Warden beat the Jaguars by a score of 26-0 later that day.
