It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Middle Township can now relate to. They received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 60-42 to the Manasquan Warriors. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Middle Township lost, don't look at Reagen Powell. Despite the final result, she posted 14 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Abbey Cappelletti, who put up ten points.

Middle Township's loss dropped their record down to 27-6. As for Manasquan, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-5.

Middle Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Manasquan, they will face off against Madison on Sunday. Madison will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Manasquan surely won't give up without a fight.
