Huss was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 36-22 bruising from the South Point Red Raiders. The Huskies gained 73 more yards on the day, but it was the Red Raiders that made the best use of them.

Despite the loss, Huss still got an impressive performance from Javarion Brown, who rushed for 159 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also threw for 154 yards and a touchdown. With that strong performance, Brown is now averaging an impressive 104.8 rushing yards per game. Jakelan Littlejohn was Brown's top target, picking up 114 receiving yards and a touchdown.
