Volleyball Game Preview: Workman Lobos vs. La Puente Warriors

Workman is on a five-game streak of home losses, and La Puente a ten-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 3:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Workman lost 3-0 to Ganesha last Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-6, 25-15.

Meanwhile, La Puente came up short against Bassett last Friday, falling 3-0.

La Puente's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Workman, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Everything went Workman's way against La Puente in their previous meeting back in March, as Workman made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Lobos repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
