Recap: Davis Darts vs. Bingham Miners
The Davis Darts had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They walked away with a 67-58 victory over Bingham. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Davis' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ike Morgan, who scored 15 points along with five assists. Zach Fisher was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with five rebounds.
Davis has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Bingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Davis will take on Mountain Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mountain Ridge is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak. Bingham is on the road again on Friday and play against American Fork at 7:00 p.m. on January 5th. American Fork is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
