Soccer Recap: Sandalwood Victorious

Sandalwood's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Saints, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit Paxon School For Advanced Studies with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Elizabeth Faulk, Rachel Boucher, and Serenity Hairston.

Sandalwood now has a winning record of 5-4-3. As for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Sandalwood and Englewood will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:20 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Sandalwood is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.
