Baseball Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Thrall Tigers. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 10-7-1. As for Thrall, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3-1 record this season.

While Rogers had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
