Baseball Recap: Brearley Comes Up Short

Brearley was the 2-0 winner over Dayton when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brearley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Dayton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-8.

Looking ahead, Brearley will be playing in front of their home fans against Oratory Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dayton, they will take on Linden at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
