Volleyball Game Preview: Enka Jets vs. North Buncombe Black Hawks + How To Watch

Enka is on a three-game streak of home losses, and North Buncombe a 12-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Enka Jets will look to defend their home court against the North Buncombe Black Hawks at 5:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Thursday, Enka didn't have quite enough to beat A.C. Reynolds and fell 3-2.

Enka actually scored more points across those five sets (111-110), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 26-28, 17-25, 25-20, 15-13.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times North Buncombe and Erwin had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Black Hawks lost 3-0 to the Warriors on Thursday.

North Buncombe's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Enka, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-16.

Everything went Enka's way against North Buncombe when the teams last played back in September, as Enka made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Jets repeat their success, or do the Black Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
