Soccer Game Preview: Peoria Christian vs. Dunlap

Peoria Christian hasn't had much luck against Dunlap recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Chargers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a four-game winning streak alive.

Peoria Christian proved they can win big on Friday (they won by seven) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Normal University 3-2.

Meanwhile, Dunlap gave up the first goal on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They won by a goal and slipped past Morton 2-1. That's two games straight that Dunlap have won by just one goal.

Dunlap's win bumped their record up to 14-2-2. As for Peoria Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 15-4-2.
