Basketball Recap: Remington's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Friday

On Friday, the Remington Broncos beat the Central Christian Academy Lions 42-31. Given the Broncos' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 39th, while the Lions are ranked 212th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Central Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Corinne Rauch, who posted six points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Ashlynn Johns, who scored 12 points.
