Hawthorne scaled the state rankings by moving to 892 from 920 this week, the biggest jump in Ocean.

Beverly Hills lost to San Marino 64-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Morningside's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Clarence Jackson threw for 69 yards and William Jones had 27 yards receiving. On the ground Christian Williams chipped in 115 yards. Gary Hill helped Morningside's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 24 yards.

The Monarchs' dynamic duo of Jackson and Jones proved to be unstoppable against Hawkins, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Hill helped Morningside's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 24 yards.

Williams was a passing and rushing force as Morningside topped Hawkins.

6-foot-5 quarterback David Handler of Culver City is the league leader in passing yards this season with 383. He has also thrown 2 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Hill. The Morningside star has 15 catches for 243 yards.

The Cougars made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,655 from 13,000.
