A big congratulations to Soleil Smith, who grabbed at least five steals for the first time in her career. She posted five points in addition to eight assists and five steals, helping propel West Port past North Marion by a score of 58-13. That new career-high tops her previous best of two steals (the last time she grabbed that many was on Saturday.

Smith and West Port will square off against Forest at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The last time Smith duked it out with Forest (back in November of 2023), West Port came out on top by a score of 61-54.
