            North can  bid farewell to their 13-game losing streak thanks to their game  on Friday. They blew past the Mojave Mustangs 22-1. The Stars not only won  on Friday, but they posted their biggest win  since March 18th (when they won  23-0).

 BRANDAN THOMASSON was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. He  struck out nine batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  TYLER DUNN was a standout: he went a perfect 4-for-4 with six  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run. Those  six  RBI gave  him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  RILEY STONEBRAKER, who  went 3-for-4 with four  runs, three  RBI,  and one  double.
 North  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
North's record is now 6-17. As for Mojave, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with the  loss, which was their third straight  at home.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North will face off against South at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  win, something the Stars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mojave, they will challenge Lone Pine at 3:15  p.m.  on Thursday.
