Volleyball Recap: Logansport's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Logansport came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the West Lafayette Red Devils. The defeat continues a trend for the Berries in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost seven in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-11, 25-13.

Teagan Wolf paced Logansport's offense, picking up five kills. Wolf got some help from Adrienne Scott and her five assists. Finally, Khloe Wells kept Logansport's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Having lost for the first time this season, Logansport fell to 2-1. As for West Lafayette, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Logansport will face off against Northwestern at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Lafayette, they will challenge Franklin Community at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
