Basketball Recap: iMater Charter Knights vs. Downtown Doral Dolphins
IMater Charter was the 87-61 winner over Downtown Doral when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The iMater Charter Knights took a blow against the Downtown Doral Dolphins on Wednesday, falling 78-51. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, iMater Charter had strong showings from Alain Alvarez, who went 5 of 9 en route to 13 points and three steals, and Jason Dominguez, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 11 points and eight rebounds.
Downtown Doral got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Paolo Guerrero out in front who went 6 of 14 on his way to 22 points along with five boards and five steals.
