Baseball Recap: Dimond Takes a Loss

Dimond came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-4 to the Service Cougars. If the Lynx were looking for revenge after losing 10-1 to the Cougars when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jaden Estigo made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. Another player making a difference was Caleb Cooke, who earned one run and three stolen bases.

Dimond's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Service, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-1.

Dimond has already played their next matchup, a 4-3 win against West Anchorage on the 22nd. As for Service, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-4 defeat against Colony on the 21st.
