Basketball Recap: Oskaloosa Takes a Loss

Oskaloosa lost against Ottumwa back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oskaloosa Indians were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 60-59 to the Ottumwa Bulldogs. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (55), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Oskaloosa has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Ottumwa, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Oskaloosa has already played their next match (against Norwalk), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ottumwa will face off against Roosevelt at 7:45 p.m. on January 21st.
