Mead lost to Central Valley back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Mead Panthers walked away with a 68-61 win over the Central Valley Bears. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers who have now won six matches in a row.

Mead pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Central Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Mead Panthers face off against the Mt. Spokane Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Mead's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Central Valley, they will take on Ridgeline at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Central Valley is facing Ridgeline at the right time seeing as Ridgeline is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
