Football Recap: Mooresville Blue Devils vs. A.L. Brown Wonders
Mooresville won against West Cabarrus last Friday with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Mooresville Blue Devils took their game with ease, bagging a 49-7 victory over the A.L. Brown Wonders. The win (which was Mooresville's seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1. As for A.L. Brown, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-5.
Mooresville will welcome Lake Norman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both have allowed few points on average, (Lake Norman: 14.8, Mooresville: 9.6) so any points scored will be well earned. As for A.L. Brown, they will head out to square off against Concord at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. A.L. Brown is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
