Basketball Recap: Bonney Lake's Losing Streak Snapped at Eight Games

Bonney Lake's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They took down the Yelm Tornados 63-45. The win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Bonney Lake's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-10. As for Yelm, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-13.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Olympia the next time they take the court. Yelm will host Olympia at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, while Bonney Lake will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
