Shelton and Kenesaw are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Shelton Bulldogs will take on the Kenesaw Blue Devils at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Kenesaw will be up against a hot Shelton squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Shelton blew past Giltner 62-18 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Kenesaw posted their biggest victory since January 14th on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 66-23 win over Heartland Lutheran.

Kenesaw's win came from a few key players Shelton will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Maddox Wagoner, who to rack up 13 points in addition to five boards and four steals. What's more, he also posted a 71% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Adam Denkert was another key player, dropping a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Shelton's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Kenesaw, their win bumped their record up to 13-10.

Shelton couldn't quite finish off Kenesaw in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 and fell 56-54. Can Shelton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
