Cleveland had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the East Hamilton Hurricanes a 3-0 shutout. Cleveland might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by three goals or more this season.

Cleveland pushed their record up to 14-3-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five contests. As for East Hamilton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10-2.

Looking ahead, Cleveland will challenge Howard Tech on Thursday. Howard Tech will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Cleveland surely won't give up without a fight. East Hamilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
