Baseball Game Preview: Banning Pilots vs. Rancho Dominguez Lobos

For the second straight game, Banning will face off against Rancho Dominguez. The Pilots will be playing at home against the Lobos at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Banning will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Banning came out on top against Rancho Dominguez on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fifth inning. The Pilots blew past the Lobos 9-2. Considering the Pilots have won eight contests by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on AJ Herrera, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with three runs. Another player making a difference was Pedro Ibanez-Eddy, who went 2-for-4 with two runs.

Banning's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Rancho Dominguez, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-9 record.
