Volleyball Recap: Yosemite Triumphs

Yosemite won the last time they faced Wonderful College Prep Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Badgers came out on top against the Wolves by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Badgers.

Wonderful College Prep Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Selena Rico, who had eight assists and five digs. Another player making a difference was Daniela Macias, who had eight digs, five kills, and one block.

Yosemite's victory bumped their record up to 18-9. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6-1.

Coincidentally, Yosemite and Wonderful College Prep Academy will both be playing Hanford West the next time they take the court. The Badgers will head out to face the Huskies at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wolves will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
