Baseball Game Preview: Graford Jack Rabbits vs. Valley Mills Eagles

For the second straight game, Graford will face off against Valley Mills. The Jack Rabbits will take on the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Graford has given up an average of 9.9 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Graford heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Wednesday. They lost 28-1 to Valley Mills.

Graford saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trenton Ragle, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

The victory (which was Valley Mills' fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Graford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.
