Nova was the 41-36 winner over Hallandale when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Titans took a hard 30-15 fall against the Chargers on Friday. On the bright side, the 15- point effort marked the Titans' highest-scoring contest to date.

Although Nova took the loss, they still got scores from Duvan Acosta and Tyler Smith.

Even if they lost, Nova's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Leading the way was Frederic Sanrelus with two. He has been hot recently, having also posted seven or more total tackles the last three times he's played.

Nova is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. As for Hallandale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Nova will face off against Pembroke Pines Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hallandale, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-14 defeat against Coral Glades on the 29th.
