Recap: Ursuline Academy Bears vs. Rockwall Yellowjackets
The Ursuline Academy Bears lost against the Rockwall Yellowjackets back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Ursuline Academy fell 58-47 to Rockwall. Ursuline Academy has not had much luck with Rockwall recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Ursuline Academy's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kiana Mollabashy, who scored 7 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. Izzy Schroeder was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 3 steals.
Ursuline Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Rockwall, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
Ursuline Academy is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Bishop Lynch at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. Rockwall won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Colleyville Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on December 1st. Hopefully Colleyville Heritage focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Thursday.
