Volleyball Recap: Macdonald Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for MacDonald, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They blew past the Eastside College Prep Panthers 3-0 on Wednesday. This was payback for the Condor, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

MacDonald not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Eastside College Prep between 18 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 25-20.

MacDonald found their leader in freshman Zachary Marti, who had ten digs and five aces. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Marti.

MacDonald was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since the start of last season.
