Basketball Recap: Hyannis Comes Up Short

Hyannis was the 49-11 winner over Leyton when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hyannis Longhorns wound up with the same score they had in their last game (56-46), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Hyannis' defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Leyton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-11.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Garden County the next time they take the court. Hyannis will head out to face Garden County at 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, while Leyton will head out to face them on February 21st.
