Soccer Recap: LaFayette Comes Up Short

LaFayette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 7-1 to the Trion Bulldogs. Things were pretty much settled by the half as LaFayette were already down 5-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Addison Sanders, who's now up to two this season.

LaFayette's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Trion, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.

LaFayette does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Trion, they will be playing at home against Atlanta Classical Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trion's defense better be ready for this one: Atlanta Classical Academy have averaged an impressive 2.8 goals per game this season.
