Softball Recap: Dresden Comes Up Short

Dresden was the 7-2 winner over Bradford when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 5-3 on Wednesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Dresden's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Bradford, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-10.

Coming up, Dresden will head out on the road to challenge Middle College at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bradford, they will be playing at home against Manassas on Friday.
