Basketball Game Preview: Paramus Spartans vs. Bergen Tech Knights

The Paramus Spartans just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Bergen Tech Knights at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Paramus came up short against Ramapo and fell 57-44.

Meanwhile, Bergen Tech suffered their closest defeat since January 11, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of St. Joseph Regional by a score of 38-36. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bergen Tech's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Paramus, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Paramus came up short against Bergen Tech in their previous meeting back in February of 2021, falling 53-46. Can Paramus avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
