Nate Lawton posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Lawton and South Hunterdon will host Dunellen at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
