Caledonia took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ripley Tigers. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Caledonia were the better team in the second half.

Ripley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Caledonia will be playing at home against Itawamba Agricultural at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ripley, they are taking a road trip to face off against Tishomingo County at 7:00 p.m. on November 4. The matchup will give Ripley their first taste of in-conference action this season.
