Basketball Recap: Johnson County Snags Seventh Win in Last Eight Games

Johnson County won the last time they faced Glascock County and things went their way on Monday too. The Johnson County Trojans blew past the Glascock County Panthers 50-29. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

Johnson County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from TyRhianna Brown, who posted 18 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Brown a new career-high in points. S'Riyah Bostick was another key player, putting up 17 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Johnson County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Glascock County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.

Johnson County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 48-17 victory against Georgia Military College on the 28th. As for Glascock County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-43 defeat against Hancock Central on the 28th.
