Grant not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Big Rapids Cardinals with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-15.

Gee Lillian paced Grant's offense, picking up seven kills. Lillian were helped by Longcore Emma and Campbell Lauryn, who contributed eight assists each. Lillian was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Grant's victory bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Big Rapids, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-16-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grant is set to square off against their familiar foe Tri County Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Big Rapids will challenge rival Chippewa Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
