Basketball Recap: Northwestern Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Northwestern can now relate to. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 68-67 to the Northwood Gladiators. The Wildcats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Northwood, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 3-22 record.

As of now, neither Northwestern nor Northwood have any future games scheduled.
